For protection of corrosion over pipelines.

Cleaning of surface. Diluted priming coat should be applied. After drying two coats of CAPIKOTE-12 should be applied over the pipeline.

CAPIKOTE 14

For fixing thermacole sheet (Extruded & expanded polystyrene) .

For protection of corrosion over iron structure. Adhesive for pasting / sticking fiberglass insulation and thermacole.

Cleaning of the surface. CAPIKOTE -14 should be applied thick over the surface. After touch drying of the compound thermacole sheet or fiberglass should be pasted.

Insulation mortar mixture for roof.

SHALIINSUPLAST Cementitous roof insulation material consisting of minerals, binders, Plasticizers & mixed dispersing agents.

SHALIINSUPLAST to be mixed with cement in the ratio of 1:6 (one part of cement and six parts SHALIINSU PLAST by volume 500-600 Liter of water to be added per cubic Mt to make a mortar mix.

SHALIMAR THERMOSEAL (CPRX)

THERMOSEAL Compound is a bituminous adhesive in the form of an emulsion of brushing consistency.

THERMOSEAL (CPRX) is recommended for the fixing of foamed polystyrene (Thermacole), Insulex Soft Boards and Fiberglass insulation slabs. It may be used to stick insulation sheets on concrete, timber or metal and also to other Insulation sheet.

Thoroughly clean both the surfaces, which are to be stuck together. Apply THERMOSEAL (CPRX) compound by brush on both surfaces and leave to “break” for 20 to 25 minutes. When the applied film runs dark brown to black, the thermacole sheet or section should be pressed on to the other prepared surface.

SHALIMAR THERMOSEAL (CPRX GOLD)

THERMOSEAL (CPRX GOLD) Compound is a heavy duty rubberized, SBR modified bituminous adhesive.

THERMOSEAL (CPRX GOLD) is recommended for the fixing of foamed polystyrene (Thermacole), Insulex Soft Boards and Fiberglass insulation slabs. It may be used to stick insulation sheets on concrete, timber or metal and also to other Insulation sheet. Special grades are available for fixing tiles, linoleum etc .

Thoroughly clean both the surfaces, which are to be stuck together. Apply THERMOSEAL (CPRX GOLD) compound by brush on both surfaces and leave to “break” for 15 to 20 minutes. When the applied film runs dark brown to black, the thermacole sheet or section should be pressed on to the other prepared surface.

SHALINET SUPER (FIBRE)

SHALINET SUPER (FIBRE) has excellent properties including heavy- duty water resistance, Alkali resistant, flexibility, softness and resident to ageing. It is widely used for waterproofing; this product is durable, versatile and cold effective.

It is widely used in waterproofing, reinforcing wall, false ceiling, plasterboard, artificial stone materials and natural marble slab strengthing.

SHALINET SUPER (FIBRE) is widely used in heavy duty waterproofing as reinforcement between SHALICRETE 151, SHALICRETE-500, SHALICRETE SUPER LATEX & SHALIMAR WATER TIGHT TYPE A & B. Also used in multipurpose ways with different adhesive & Plaster of Paris.

SHALINET SUPER is widely used in waterproofing as reinforcement between SHALICRETE -151, SHALICRETE - 500 & SHALIMAR WATER TIGHT TYPE - A & B.

SHALIMAR CHIMNEY PAINT
(20 Litres)

SHALIMAR CHIMNEY PAINT is resinous bitumen base black coating, specially prepared with extraordinary capacity to withstand high temp. concrete surface. It will stand up to 300 °C temp. The dry film will have no deterioration on acid or any other hot corrosive fumes.

For painting the outer concrete surface and in between the concrete and firebrick lining of the chimney.

Surface should be totally dry before application and free from moisture, oil, grease, loose mill scale or rust. 2 to 3 coats of CHIMNEY PAINT should be painted by paintbrush. Not recommended over surfaces loosely adhering to the concrete or basic metal. On drying, the paint film gives a protection of hot surface corrosion and forms a weatherproof waterproof seal .
