Ready to use non-metallic shake on flooring product in powdery granular form in grey, red and green colors.

Factory floors, warehouses, hangers, car parks, dairy, food processing industry etc.

It Shall be broadcast on freshly laid floor immediately after disappearing of surface water.

Light traffic: 2.0 kg. / m2 moderate traffic: 4.0 kg. / m2 heavy traffic: 6.0 kg. / m2

SHALI EPOXY FLOOR HARDENER
(30 kg )

Solvent free three component floor epoxy to provide a hardwearing, attractive glossy, colored floor.

Ideal, seamless, monolithic floors, highly impermeable, dust free, tough floors for hospitals, nuclear power stations, exhibition halls, shops & electronics assembling unit and switchgear plant room .

Mix SHALI EPOXY FLOOR HARDENER pack - A & B first, then add & mix pack C with it to a smooth blend. Allow 2-3 minutes to release entrapped air. Apply this mix with spike roller on clean dry pre primed floor surface.

SHALIFLOOREX-M

SHALIFLOOREX-M is a general purpose metallic surface hardener

Factory floors, warehouses, hangers, car parks etc.

SHALIFLOOREX-M shall be mixed with cement and 6 mm aggregate (1:4:8) 1 part SHALIFLOOREX-M, 4 parts cement, 8 parts 6mm aggregates to provide 12-24 mm thick abrasion resistant floor.

It consists of a selection of graded, hard, non-metallic aggregates for making a tough, abrasion resistant floor. As SHALIFLOOREX- NM(UV) is based on rust free material, it does not give rise to rusting, if contact with water occurs

Factory floors, warehouses, hangers, car parks, dairy, food processing industry etc.

SHALIFLOOREX - NM(UV) shall be mixed with cement for broadcasting over freshly laid floor.

For heavy-duty floors 6 kg. / Sqm . For medium duty floors 4 kg. / Sqm . For light duty floors 2kg./ Sqm .

CAPITEX MASTIC ASPHALT FLOORING

Mastic asphalt is a composition of suitable graded minerals, polymers, bitumen etc.

Can be laid in domestic premises, offices, schools, gas godowns, hospital, taxiways, railway station platform, highways, runways, over bridge, and warehouses.

Different compositions are designed to bring out the hardness of CAPITEX MASTIC ASPHALT FLOORING. The laying is generally followed as per the code of practice laid down in is specification IS: 1195, IS: 1196, IS: 3037, IS: 4365, IS: 5317, IS: 7198, IS: 8374, IS: 9510 .

CAPITEX HEAVY DUTY COAL TAR EPOXY PAINT

CAPITEX HEAVY DUTY COAL TAR EPOXY PAINT is an anti corrosive thixotropic, heavy-duty composition based on Plasticised pitch and conforming to internationally renowned American Bureau of Reclamation Specification. 'Cold applied coal tar compound CA50'. Based on Plasticised pitch, CAPITEX HEAVY DUTY COAL TAR EPOXY PAINT can keep water away from surfaces year after year, under extreme corrosive conditions.

It is particularly useful as a corrosion protection for buried, submerged structures, equipment, external protection of tanks and pipes, metal culverts. Steel pilings, etc. Protection of filter screens, sluice gates, etc., Interior and exterior of barges, floating dry docks, etc. It is highly resistant to moisture, acids and alkalis.

Surface should be totally dry before application and free from moisture, oil, grease, loose mill scale or rust. No primer is required for metal surfaces, For concrete surfaces or other porous surfaces, 2 to 3 coats of penetrative primer (CAPITAR & CAPITAR SPECIAL) should be applied and allowed to dry hard. Two coats of CAPITEX HEAVY DUTY COAL TAR EPOXY PAINT should be painted by paintbrush.

SHALILAFARGE - UKAS

SHALILAFARGE - UKAS Is a multi- polymer modified rubberized asphalt emulsion. It dries quickly after application with a sand paper like finish. It is single component premixed with polymers additives & aggregates.

SHALILAFARGE-UKAS is recommended to prepare anti skid surface on pavement roads, bicycle & walking paths, golf cart paths, parking lots, wooden decks & docks, marine & ship surface etc.

Clean surface dirt & grease from the surface. Use a soft-bristled brush or heavy duty spray machine & apply one coat of SHALILAFARGE-UKAS over the surface. After drying of 1st coat, apply 2nd coat over the surface.
