/DOSAGE
SHALIKRETE- EHS
 (25 kg bag)
Non shrink, free flow Cementitous grout Machine base plate grouting turbines, generators, pumps, Presses, steel rolling beds production machinery and crane rails. SHALIKRETE - EHS is best mixed in forced action mixer powder is gradually added to the pre-measured water & mixed mechanically with a slow speed drill (250-500 rpm) attached with a paddle type mixer, until a smooth & even consistency is achieved. Do not mix more grout than can be used within 15 min & Do not add any extra water. Pour the fluid grout after mixing from one end only. Ensure that air displaced by the fluid grout is allowed to escape. When carrying out base plate grouting ensure sufficient grout head pressure is maintained to keep grout flowing (about 200 mm). Curing: After the grout is initially hardened Keep the grout damp by covering with polythene or damp Hessian. 25 kg bag will yield 13.7 liters at flowable Consistency.
CAPIGROUT- ERF
 (25 kg bag ) ) 		Non-shrink free flow, extra high strength precision grouts. Construction grouting stanchions columns, beams, bolt pockets, key- ways and anchors. Application procedure for CAPIGROUT- ERF is same as application procedure of SHALIKRETE- EHS. 25 kg bag will yield13.3 liters at pourable Consistency
SHALIGROUT-ERF
 (25 kg bag) 		Non-shrink free flow, extra high strength precision grouts. For heavy duty support beneath load bearing units specially where high static and dynamic forces occur . Application procedure for SHALIGROUT- ERF is same as application procedure of SHALIKRETE- EHS. 25 kg bag will yield 12.5 liters at flowable Consistency.
SONBEXTRA- HR
 (25 kg bag) 		Heat resistant, high strength, non-shrink free flow cementitious grout. For grouting of equipment like blast furnace, chimneys etc. Where high temperature and thermal gradients are envisaged. Application procedure for SONBEXTRA- HR is same as application procedure of SHALIKRETE- EHS. 25 kg bag will yield 12 liters at flowable Consistency.
SEBAX- 100
(25 kg bag)
Plasticised expanding grout admixture. Grouting of voids, tunnels and shaft linings, Non reinforced duct grouting underpinning blow foundations and confined cavity fills. Application procedure is same as application procedure of SHALIKRETE- EHS. Besides this SEBAX - 100 can be injected through pressure grouting machine (manual or motorized) with same mixing ratio. 225 gms. / Bag of Cement.
SEBAX- 200
 (25 kg bag) 		Hydrogen free plasticising expansion grout admixture. Cement grouts where a reduced water cement ratio and positive expansion are required include bed grouting, duct grouting, non shrink infilling and jointing. Application procedure for SEBAX - 200 is same as application procedure of SEBAX - 100. 225 gms. / Bag of Cement.
SHALIGROUT ADMIXTURE - LEP
 (25 kg bag) 		Epoxy resin based Grouts. For use in cavities where heavy dynamic or mobile loads are encountered. Also for use in conditions where chemical spillages may occur. Application procedure for SHALIGROUT ADMIXTURE - LEP is same as application of SEBAX-100. 8 liters per 16 kg pack
SHALIGROUT- EP
(25 kg bag) 		Low exothermic epoxy, free flow, high strength grout . Minimum creep and higher strengths. Free flow grouting where mechanical properties and chemical resistance of high order is required. Applications include heavy-duty support beneath crane and transporter rails, drop forges, reciprocating machines subject to heavy dynamic or mobile loads.   Application procedure for SHALIGROUT- EP is same as application procedure of SEBAX- 100.   Depends upon the site conditions.  
SONBEXTRA- BPG
 (25 kg bag) 		High strength, pourable Non-shrink Cementitous bolt pocket grout.   Used for general purpose grouting of bolt pockets of equipments where it is essential to withstand static and dynamic loads. Typical applications would be the grouting of bolt pockets of turbines, compression, boiler pumps etc. it can also be used for anchoring a wide range of fixings. These include mats, anchor bolts and fence posts   Application procedure for SONBEXTRA- BPG is same as application procedure of SHALIKRETE- EHS. Depends upon the site conditions.  
SONBEXTRA- NSPG
 (5 Kg & 25 Kg.) 		Non-Shrink polymeric Plastisizing admixture for Waterproofing & injection grouting. It is used as a neat cement grout & also cement/ sand grout for injection into concrete structures through nozzles. As water is reduced to around 10-15 % the strength of the grout increases. Mix SONBEXTRA- NSPG in the recommended dosage with dry cement or cement sand mixture. Add this mixed powder into water to achieve the desired fluidity. 1 Kg. / 50 Kg. Cement.
SHALIGROUT- PU
(20 Kg.) 		Polyurethane Base aqua reactive chemical grout. When impregnated under pressure into leaking structures & through the polymeriza tion, a permanent flexible water barrier is formed. When all conventional grouting methods to stop leakages have failed SHALIGROUT- PU has successfully performed under certain most challenging conditions. It can be used in Building construction work, Civil Engineering Works, Environmental Engineering & other application. Mix SHALIGROUT- PU in the recommended dosage with dry cement. Add this mixed powder into water to achieve the desired fluidity for injection grouting. Depends upon the site conditions.
