Foaming Agent for cement.

Lightweight & low density foam concrete for heat insulation & lightweight cement concreting.

SHALIMAR FOAM COMPOUND should be mixed with cement & water in specified proportions in a vertical stirrer. Now the viscous liquid should be applied over the surface in desired thickness.

500 ml. / Bag of cement.

SHALIPLAST- SPWRA
(20 & 200 Litres)

Retarding Agent for cement concrete.

It improves strength & reduces compaction effort. It increases & retains slumps & workability at low dosage.

SHALIPLAST - SPWRA is supplied ready to use in general, a measured quantity of SHALIPLAST- SPWRA is directly added to the mixer at the same time as the mixing of water for best performance.

SHALISTAB

Retarding Agent for cement concrete.

It is high performance retarding agent & suitable for slip forming.

All ingredients, including mixing of water shall be mixed for 20-30 seconds followed by the addition of SHALISTAB and mixing to be continued for another 30 - 60 seconds.

SHALIRETARD - HPRA

Retarding super Plasticizer .

It increases flowability & act as air entraining agent.

It is Universal accelerator for quick Setting mortars.

Accelerating agent (chloride Free) .

Accelerating agent that accelerates the setting time without the use of chloride.

SHALIANTICOR

Corrosion Inhabiting mixture.

For control of Corrosion, it does not effect the compressive strength & best for marine /Salty environment Construction.

Application procedure of SHALIANTICOR will be same as application of SHALISTAB.

SHALIPLAST - PA21(S)

Air entraining admixture. Confirms to IS:9103-99.

Low permeability concrete water retaining structures dams, canal lining & reservoirs, increased weather and salt resistance, marine & coastal structures.

All ingredients, including mixing of water shall be mixed for 20-30 seconds followed by the addition of SHALI PLAST- PA21(S) and mixing to be continued for another 30-60 seconds . High cohesiveness with harsh aggregates for concrete basements, floor slabs.

SHALISTRUC- 101
(200 Litres)

High Performance, third generation, polycarboxylic based hyper Plasticizer.

Self-compacting concrete, ultra high strength concrete, to achieve high early strength. Excellent workability and workability retention. Aids pumping.

All ingredients, including mixing of water shall be mixed for 20-30 seconds followed by the addition of SHALISTRUC- 101 & mixing to be continued for another 30-60 seconds . Compiles with IS 9103-1999 & BS: 5075 part 3 & ASTM C 494 Type F & G depending on the dosage used.

SHALISTRUC- 486
(200 Litres)

High Performance cohesion agent specially designed to ensure a good consistency & stability in self compacting concrete.

Particularly adapted to the production of self compacting concrete, used as a pumping aid and under water concreting.

All ingredients, including mixing of water shall be mixed for 20-30 seconds followed by the addition of SHALISTRUC- 486 & mixing to be continued for another 30-60 seconds
