SAHLIMAR INSTANT ROAD PATCH FILLER

SHALIMAR INSTANT ROAD PATCH FILLER is a composition of suitably graded mineral matter and specially processed bituminous cement in such proportions as to form a coherent, void less, hardwearing, impermeable mass. SHALIMAR INSTANT ROAD PATCH FILLER is being manufactured with the latest technical Know How from JRTDC, Japan. The product is specially designed for Indian roads and Indian climatic conditions. For filling of roads patches (Pot holes). The surface or pothole to be repaired must be swept clean of all dust and loose material. A little SHALIMAR PRIMER should be brushed over the area to be patched. SHALIMAR INSTANT ROAD PATCH FILLER then spread evenly with rakes, forks or shovels to the desired thickness and contour allowing for consolidation. After the premix has been rolled and compacted, it should be opened to traffic after half hour or when the premix has definitely set hard. If it is not possible to close the traffic, then a speed limit of 16-20 km per hour is desirable until the surface dries.

It is heavy duty filler being mfd. with the latest technical Know How from JRTDC, Japan. The product is specially designed for Indian roads and type of aggregates used with much longer shelf life in Indian climatic conditions. For filling of roads patches (Pot holes). SHALIMAR ROAD MARK

Thermoplastic road-marking compound, SHALIMAR ROAD MARK being a hot applied compound, helps to upgrade the standard of marking due to better adhesion and consequent durability on different types of road surfaces (viz. Bitumen, Tar, Concrete, etc). Similar types of materials are already in use in developed countries & are being increasingly adopted in developing countries as well. SHALIMAR ROAD MARK is oil resistant and has a good skid resistant property. These properties ensure extra life to the markings and frequent coats are not necessary like ordinary road-marking coatings SHALIMAR ROAD MARK can be used on different types of road surfaces (viz. Bitumen, Tar, Concrete, etc). Break the solid block of the SHALIMAR ROAD MARK into stirring pieces and put them in a boiler or any conventional container for proper heating. Raise the temperature slowly up to 180oC slowly. When the entire mass melts, pour the material into the machine (after stirring to avoid sedimentation), which has been kept heated to maintain the application temperature of the compound at 155oC 160oC, whether applied by hand screed, or by machine. Arrange a stirring device in the machine to avoid settlement of filler. Keep the extruder always hot. After each marking keep the extruder clean for the next operation.
CATIONIC BITUMEN EMULSION

CATIONIC BITUMEN EMULSION belong to the oil in water type emulsions where bitumen is dispersed in water. In these emulsions, the positively charged emulsifier ions orientate themselves to the bitumen droplets. The negatively charged chloride ions attracted to the surface of the droplets by the positive charges and an electric double layer is formed by the ions in the emulsion. The breaking rate and adhesion of emulsion on acidic aggregates is excellent while on alkaline aggregates is also equally good. For new road pavements.   Dilute CATIONIC BITUMEN EMULSION with 100% water & spray @ 0.5 liter/ Sqm on WBM surface. Damp the surface with plain water prior to applying diluted EMULSION. TACK COAT: Dilute EMULSION with 50% water and spray @ 0.35 Liter/ Sqm. to get best results. COLD PREMIX: Use approx. 2 liter, of EMULSION for 1Cft. of open graded aggregates (5% to 6 %) for mixing. Roll after 2 hours of spreading of Premix. Allow traffic after 4 hours of rolling but after spreading dry coarse sand/dust. Preferably apply Seal Coat after 2 days.

SHALIMAR ROAD MARKING PAINT was developed to meet the growing needs of traffic Engineering and to provide improved safety measures going with traffic control systems. Available in White & Yellow, Red and Golden colors. It helps to upgrade the standard of marking due to better adhesion & consequent durability on different types of road surfaces (viz. Bitumen, Tar, Concrete, etc). Application: Clean the surface by wire & fine brushes. Now paint the surface with SHALIMAR ROAD MARKING PAINT by stirring it well in the drum & applied with specific measurement. Surface should be dry at the time of treatment.
