SHALIMAR WALLMASTIC - 452 is a dispersion of
selected grades of Resins & hardeners. SHALIMAR WALLMASTIC - 452 is a two-component injection
system for immediate & long lasting waterproofing
barrier against groundwater rising in Brick Masonry,
Lime Concrete, and Cement Concrete by capillary
action. SHALIMAR WALLMASTIC - 452 should
penetrates into the depth of wall & absorbed in the
capillaries & creates a tough & abrasion resistant
invisible film, seals all hairline cracks totally & acts
as an effective barrier against moisture rising from
ground water. It waterproofs all absorbent surfaces. |
To stop rising damp ness in brick walls. SHALIMAR WALLMASTIC- 452 is most suitable for old construction, heritage buildings, monuments, forts & ancient buildings. As in previous decade due to lack of awareness, regarding non-provision of damp proofing course or failure of old damp proofing course in construction works. Therefore walls in these types of buildings seeps by capillary action & this make paints & plasters peel off. |
The old plaster has to be removed. After cleaning of the
surface, holes to be drilled in lowest bottom of the wall
through drill machine at 35% inclination on every
18 inches. Drill depth should be 80-90 % of the wall
width (8 “ hole in a 9 “ wall). Holes will be done in two
layers at the vertical gap of 6 inch for perfect absorption
Now SHALIMAR WALLMASTIC- 452 part A will be
poured in the hole by using funnel. After 1 hour of
absorbing the part- A material, part- B should be poured
by the same procedure. Now plug the holes with cement
sand mortar with mixing of Shalimar Plus.
